From feasibility studies and project implementation to post-development management, we help clients maximise the optimum value, efficiency and profitability of their real estate assets.
Founded in Johor Bahru in 1996, APRE Consulting was established to provide
comprehensive property development consultancy services in Malaysia.
Over the years, APRE has supported more than 50 developments across residential,
commercial, industrial, high-rise and mixed-use asset classes. Our advisory combines
market insight, financial discipline, regulatory awareness and practical project
coordination to help clients transform land potential into profitable, well-executed real
estate outcomes.
Scroll vertically to travel horizontally through the mandates, asset classes and growth corridors that shaped APRE.
APRE Consulting Sdn Bhd first recorded mandate was Menara TJB, a 14-storey office building in Johor Bahru — the beginning of an advisory practice grounded in commercial discipline and execution.
APRE expanded across multiple asset classes, advising on light industrial factories, terrace housing, shop offices, townhouses and high-end condominiums.
The portfolio scaled into major residential and township work, including Bandar Dato' Onn phases, Twin Galaxy, The Seasons @ Amara Larkin and The Astaka.
APRE's work expanded into master-scale mixed developments and destination projects, including Bandar Alam Masai, Suria Sutera and The Maris @ Desaru Coast.
Recent mandates span service apartments, SOHO, commercial and industrial developments — including Molek Regency, Optimus Medini, A-SOHO, Ponderosa Regency and SA88 Senai Idaman Industrial Park.

One accountable consultancy partner across the full development lifecycle — from land acquisition to post-handover value protection.
Feasibility, legal compliance and financial rigour are applied early, before major capital is committed.

More than 50 developments planned, positioned and marketed across commercial, residential, industrial, high-rise and mixed-use sectors.
Every recommendation is measured against value creation, development efficiency and long-term profitability.
Objective advisory built around the client’s goals — not around a single product, service or predetermined solution.
Property development is capital-intensive and unforgiving of poor decisions. APRE’s commitment is straightforward: honest, evidence-based counsel, transparent risk assessment and accountable guidance throughout the development journey.

Whether you own land, are planning a new project, evaluating an investment opportunity or seeking a second opinion on a development deal, APRE is ready for a confidential discussion. Bring us your land, project or development question. We will help identify the key opportunities, risks and decision points - and determine where APRE can add the most value.
